The WHOLE Goal Blueprint Series
The WHOLE Year: A CoreWise Goal Planning Intensive
A 4-part live workshop series using the CoreWise assessment and Goal Planner
Overview
Most goal-setting asks one question: what do you want? The WHOLE Year asks a better one: who are you, and what would it take to get there without losing the rest of your life?
Over four guided sessions, participants build their 2027 plan together, live, inside the CoreWise Goal Planner tool. It starts with your CoreWise assessment results: your top core values and alignment scores across the WHOLE framework (Wealth, Health, Occupation, Love, Enjoyment).
From there, we walk step by step through the mindset you need, your vision, goals, plan, resources, and how to track your progress. This is much more than a typical goal-planning workshop. This gives you a personalized tool you can refer to all year and sync with your calendar. This is for the outrageously committed individual to uplevel in 2027.
It’s time to stretch what you believe is possible. It’s time to make the hard decisions about what to schedule, acquire, end, delegate, and protect. You will leave with a clear plan, written by you, a daily and weekly rhythm, and your own accountability partners and personal board of advisors.
The four sessions
Know Your Core. Debrief the CoreWise report: values, WHOLE scores, strengths, and stress patterns. Then the Possibility Mindset: picture December 31, 2027, think bigger, and take apart the beliefs that keep you playing small. Leave with: your values in your own words, your biggest WHOLE gap, and a vision board started.
Choose It, See It WHOLE. Write clear goals with a finish line and a real “why.” Map its ripple effect across all five areas of life, then take stock of what’s needed within you (mindset, habits, skills, energy) and beyond you (people, money, tools, time). Leave with: clear goals, your top 3 changes, and an honest view of what it will cost and require.
Decide and Design. Turn clarity into commitments: Schedule, Acquire, Terminate, Delegate, Protect. Set monthly milestones, claim weekly goal blocks, and start daily goal moves that go straight to your calendar. Leave with: a full 2027 plan on your calendar, and the first week already planned.
Sustain and Celebrate. Build what keeps you going when motivation dips: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual check-ins, rewards tied to real progress, up to three accountability partners, and a personal board of advisors. Close with a written commitment. Leave with: your support system and a rhythm for the whole year.
The benefit
Participants stop setting goals that fight against their own lives. Every step connects back to their core values, so the plan feels like them rather than another round of “shoulds.” That’s the difference between a January resolution and a goal still alive in October. Because every goal is viewed through all five WHOLE areas, they see the trade-offs before those trade-offs show up as burnout, guilt, or a strained relationship.
They also don’t do it alone. Working through the steps together, live, means they finish, which most people never do with a planning workbook. They leave with a living plan that suggests their daily tasks, tracks their progress, and checks in with them all year.
Who it’s for
Leaders who are excellent at setting goals for their teams but have quietly stopped setting them for themselves. Their calendar belongs to everyone else, and they’re ready to lead their own lives as deliberately as they lead their organizations.
Women who are serious about leveling up and have an outrageous commitment to growth. They don’t need motivation. They need a system that turns ambition into decisions, so they can go further without sacrificing their health, relationships, or joy to get there.
Women in an identity transition. The role that used to define them has shifted: a career change, an empty nest, a divorce, a new title, or a quiet sense that “this isn’t me anymore.” They need to reconnect with what they value before they decide what’s next. CoreWise starts there, not with a to-do list.
Probably not the right fit for someone looking for a quick productivity hack or a templated plan handed to them. This series asks people to do real reflection and make real decisions.
